Hacker Olympics 2010

The challenges range from a wide variety of (in)security related vulnerabilities. Including, but not limited to: Operating System & Web Application Attacks.

The goal of these challenges is to solve as many challenges as possible within the given time, before your opponents solve them first. Points are awarded upon completion of the given challenge, however not all challenges weigh the same. During the challenges a real time scoreboard will be viewable by anyone to monitor the progress of each time. Also be sure to checkout the Wall of Shame! Prizes will be awarded to the winner of the final round. 1st-5th placed teams may do a detailed write up on how the passed each challenge, the best submission will receive a prize. All of the write ups will then be made public view once the contest has ended and all submissions are in.

The point system works fairly simple. -Each time you steal a flag from an opposing team, the stealing team will gain a point.
-The team whose flag has been stolen will then loose a point.
-The team with the most points at the end of the round wins.
-The finals as with the others do not come without their own twist of suprises in store for the teams.
-The team with the most points at the end of the round wins. See, we told you ;D.
